We’ve developed the new visual identity for DOGSTAR, a DeFi play-and-learn platform that gamifies your crypto experience. To achieve this, we’ve created an extensive graphic package for the brand and its applications, along with a complex visual universe revolving around DOGSTAR’s mascot, TERRY.
The graphic package includes the development of the UI for DOGSTAR’s apps, as well as communication strategies for social media and other platforms. It also features a collection of TERRY NFTs and all the characters from DOGSTAR LEAGUE, the card game app that serves as the heart of the project.
This project presented a significant challenge for us, both due to the intricate graphic package and the use of AI in crafting the scenes. This approach enabled us to produce more complex and realistic visuals than any other technique could have offered for a project of this scope. For the animation development, we collaborated with our good friends at MAKMAC, resulting in a vibrant, modern corporate identity that captivates its audience and supports the brand’s long-term expansion.
TERRY, the brand’s mascot, is the unifying thread throughout its communication. Our goal was to craft a character with strength and personality—recognizable and beloved by its target audience. This character needed to navigate complex, realistic worlds and situations, and we wanted to avoid traditional 3D production. Starting from our own designs and sketches, we’ve used AI simulation techniques to create compelling, fresh scenes that bring the vision to life.
The DOGSTAR LEAGUE is an innovative "Play to Learn to Earn" game where anyone can join in. Top players can build their reputation, while newcomers can play, learn, and grow without any risk. For the DOGSTAR LEAGUE, we’ve developed a comprehensive graphic package that includes the app’s UI design, as well as the creation and development of all characters and avatars. This project is brimming with distinctive typography and character designs, crafting an authentic and immersive universe that shines through the app, social media, and various other platforms.
The branding of DOGSTAR captures the essence of a "Play to Learn to Earn" game: dynamic, creative, and accessible. The logo, with modern, futuristic lines, evokes adventure and leadership, inspired by TERRY. We use a palette of cosmic blues, vibrant reds, and golds, paired with geometric, original typography for a clean, authentic style. The characters and avatars, full of personality, connect emotionally with users, while consistent visuals across the app and social media create a recognizable, memorable universe. It’s an identity that invites players to play, learn, and stand out.
